In the event your job is not completed by the plant a refund of 100% of your deposit is returned minus 25% of the order value (cancelation fee) to you via company cheque. This 25% cover the costs of the graphic arts and plants time to book the job. Failure to complete a sales within 30 days will result in this policy being enforced.
