Audio Files
- Please provide final audio as WAV
- Preferred format: one file per side, clearly labeled as SIDE wav and SIDE B.wav.
- Audio should be sequenced in final running order with the desired spacing between tracks.
- Note: if Wav files are submitted as individual tracks, you will need to approve “side setups” by email.
If applicable, include any special mastering or cutting notes with the submission
Artwork
- Please provide all artwork using our approved
- Ensure all submitted artwork is final, print-ready, and sized correctly for the selected package components.
- Include all required artwork pieces, such as jackets, labels, inserts, inner sleeves, or any other ordered
Required Forms
Required forms include the SIGNED IPR Rights Form and the Track-listing Form
Shipping
- If test pressings are required, please also provide shipping instructions for the test
- Make sure any S. shipping addresses include Federal ID, EIN or SSN number for Customs, and all shipping addresses should have the Receiver’s PHONE Number and Business name (if delivering to a Business location).
